Oishii Sushi and Pan-Asian Cuisine
In Japanese ‘oishii’ (おいしい) is used to describe something that is delicious.
Oishii is a local Dallas area sushi chain with a relaxed, yet modern atmosphere. They’re known for their signature sushi rolls and offer a wide selection of other Asian dishes like potstickers, egg rolls, and noodles. Started by Chef Thanh Nguyen in 2003, they have grown to 6 locations, including a sister Vietnamese restaurant called Lavui.
EPIPHANY:
Sushi restaurant logos can be kitchy and outdated. Their current logo isn’t bad, but it doesn’t quite reflect the quality and “vibe” of their brand.
